| An in-House 3-day interactive Train
the Trainer workshop delivery for 10-15 employees by two Certified
Shifting to Wellness Master Trainers. This option includes basic
instruction in adult education and instructional techniques and
is designed to accommodate participants who have differing levels
of training experience.
Shifting to Wellness will provide:
- Two trainers per workshop (minimum 10 and maximum 15 participants)*
- Shifting to Wellness Employee Manual, Trainer's Manual and Trainer
CD-rom for each participant (retail value $220)
- Course supplies including “shiftworker-friendly”
prizes, games kit, and all supplemental handouts
- All necessary shipping charges
* Currently our Master Trainers are located in British
Columbia, Alberta, and New Brunswick. Travel fees including
mileage, and/or flights, and/or hotel charges and/or per diem
will be added on a cost basis. All fees will be pre-approved
by the client prior to confirmation of workshop booking.
Shifting to Wellness will provide all pre and post course
administration:
- Seminar scheduling and preparation (in conjunction with the
Client)
- Pre workshop needs assessments and workshop customization
- Post workshop evaluation (immediate and 6 month follow up)
- Post workshop evaluation survey summary
- Ongoing post workshop consulting support for Certified Trainers
including course set up and delivery support
- Subscription to our Trainer Communications including copies
of our biennial Literature Search and ongoing access to new research
and course updates
- Access to the Trainer section of the Shifting to Wellness website
- Subscription to our quarterly newsletter Shifting to Well-News
for all interested employees
Client to provide:
Facility requirements including classroom, audiovisual equipment,
and catering (if desired)
Cost: $8,000 per workshop and GST
(plus travel/accommodation for Master Trainers)
